Allegiant blog post for the week of November 17

Book: Allegiant

Author: Veronica Roth

Pages Read: 0-123

Prompt: "Do you like the book you're reading, why or why not?" and "If you could talk to the author what question's would you ask?"

Two weeks, ago I started to read the divergent series. Now, I am finally on the  the last book of the trilogy, Allegiant. So far, I am really enjoying it! You probably assume that I am enjoying the series because I am on the third book. So..... you are 100% correct, I am enjoying the series! Also, if you haven't read the divergent series yet (which is not a lot of you), I suggest you do so!

Now, to prove that I like what I am reading, I decided to write about it! First of all, I have never been really interested in science fiction books. After reading Divergent thought, I realized that I could make an exception to read it. In general, I like Allegiant because there is always something exciting to read about. I never get bored, because it is not one of those boring books! So, I defiantly like what I am reading!

Personally I would like to talk to the author of Allegiant, Veronica Roth. Last week an author commented on my friends' blog and I thought that that was amazing! First, I would ask the what inspired her to come up with this book? It has a very "divergent" topic, so it must have been hard to write. Also, I was wondering how long the entire series took to write? I could never write a bestselling novel in a million years because I do not have the patience, there is probably some method to do it. Last, I would love to ask if this story was based on Veronica Roth's personal experiences, because some of the events could relate to real life. So, I will probably do some research to find the answers, but otherwise my curiosity will just take over!

  1. Why do you like the books Emily? You don't go into detail as to why.
